Becoming an Independent AVON Sales Leader in our growing team could give you the help and local support you need to grow your own successful business. We can help you reach your full potential as well as learn from our knowledge. Start off Part Time then you can make it Full Time if you wish.
You could earn up to 12% from your first line of Representatives and more as your Reps become Sales Leaders themselves and develop their own teams.
As an Independent AVON Sales Leader you recruit and introduce new Representatives to AVON as well as generating AVON sales yourself. You develop your own network of Representatives and as your network grows so does your commission level.
Sales Leadership can be done a full or part time self-employed basis so you can make it suit you.
Your commission is paid 3 weekly in line with the AVON campaigns and is paid direct to you from AVON.
Alongside the excellent commission, you can also earn Business Development Bonuses from AVON when you meet the qualifying criteria. This scheme pays even new Trainee Sales Leaders bonuses of up to £260 (when you recruit your first 5 Representatives within 3 AVON campaigns and maintain your Sales Leader status for 3 campaigns). Once qualified as a Sales Leader (with a minimum of 5 Representatives and group sales of £888), the bonuses are limitless!
You will have all the support you need from our team to help you qualify as a Sales Leader and continuing support and training as you progress. You will also have a dedicated Sales Leader website with AVON and their Sales Leader line available to offer you telephone advice. As a Sales Leader you would also become part of a large community of Sales Leaders at all levels and be invited to regular meetings to network and develop your business.
The start-up fee is small for such an opportunity. Just a one-off payment of £25 and you will then be sent your ‘Sales Leader business in a bag’ to help get you started.
